Now Hiring: Experienced MIG & Flux Welders – Donora, PA
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a well-established Donora fabrication shop to hire skilled MIG and Flux Core Welders. In this role, you’ll work on manufacturing heavy-duty furnace components for coal plants, contributing to high-quality, precision projects.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Fit and fabricate metal components
* Perform **MIG and/or TIG welding**
* Work from blueprints and drawings
* Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
**Qualifications:**
* **2–3 years minimum prior fitting/welding experience**
* Experience with **stainless and carbon steel**
* Proficient with hand and air tools
* Experience operating **forklifts or cranes** highly valued
* Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safe, accurate workmanship

**Schedule:**
* Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
