Sauté Cook – Temp / Temp-to-Hire
A great local restaurant is looking for a Line Cook in the Newcomerstown area.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food using sauté and pan-frying techniques
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines
Set up, stock, and maintain the sauté station
Ensure quality, consistency, and proper food temperatures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Work as part of a team to meet service demands
Requirements:
Previous line cook or sauté experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Schedule & Pay:
Varies by client (days, evenings, weekends may be requi)
