Mancan Staffing is hiring a dependable On-Call Janitor to help keep a local healthcare facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to earn solid pay while picking up shifts as they become available.

⚠️ About This Role (Read This Part!)
This is an on-call / as-needed position, meaning:
• Some weeks = multiple shifts 💰
• Some weeks = little to no hours
• Schedule depends on call-offs and facility needs

🧼 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping a healthcare facility clean and safe by:
• Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors
• Cleaning exam rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, etc.)
• Removing trash and restocking supplies
• Following healthcare sanitation and infection control standards
• Safely handling medical waste (training provided!)

• Reliable and ready to jump in when needed
• Comfortable working independently
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow cleaning and sanitation guidelines
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus (but not required!)
