Mancan Staffing is recruiting for a **motivated Metal Fabricator** for a facility in Washington, PA that supports the architectural building industry, including window, door, and storefront projects. This role involves precision layout, metal preparation, and assembly of commercial door hardware and related components. Candidates with solid measuring ability, drawing interpretation, and hand-tool experience will have the foundation to succeed—**job-specific training will be provided.**
🔧 **What You’ll Do**
* Perform **layout and assembly of metal hardware and framing parts** following engineering drawings and manufacturer guidelines
* Measure accurately using devices such as **tape measures, calipers, and templates**
* Use **power equipment to cut and prep metal** and basic hand tools to fit and fasten components
* Prepare pieces in line with customer specifications for **glass styles, architectural finishes, and installation methods**
* Support the development of components referenced in **shop drawings and project submittal packages**
* Conduct **quality and precision checks** throughout the fabrication process
* Train on proper hardware application and installation techniques as required

Pay:** $18.00/hr.
Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
