**Now Hiring: General Laborer / Machine Operator (Temp-to-Perm) – Eighty Four, PA**
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a shims manufacturing facility in Eighty Four to hire a **General Laborer / Machine Operator** for a **temp-to-permanent opportunity**. Pay is **$19–$20/hour**, based on experience.
This position is ideal for someone with strong **mechanical aptitude** who can **operate two machines simultaneously** in a manufacturing setting. Once machines are started at the beginning of the shift, the work becomes **repetitive and monotonous**, making consistency, focus, and reliability essential.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Uncoiling .002–.003 thick material from coils
* Applying adhesive to material
* Cutting material into sheets for part production
* Monitoring and operating multiple machines at once
**Schedule:**
🕕 **Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM**
