• $19.00/hour
🕒 Schedule:
• Full-time
• 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• 4 days on / 4 days off (hello long weekends 👀)
• Rotating days, nights, and weekends required

________________________________________🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Process Support Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’re the behind-the-scenes MVP making sure everything stays on track.
• Support daily production and plant operations
• Operate equipment, machinery, and tools safely
• Handle materials — receiving, staging, storing, and shipping
• Perform safety checks and complete required documentation
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Assist with training and support fellow team members
• Get involved in continuous improvement initiatives (your ideas matter here)
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving

✅ What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Manufacturing experience is a plus (steel/foundry = bonus points)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
