Schedule: Day Shift | Approx. 3–4 days per week

A respected business in the Zanesville area is searching for a dependable, detail-loving Accountant / Payroll professional to join their team. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly—without the full-time commitment.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Support audits, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Jump in where needed—teamwork makes the dream work

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with QuickBooks (must-have)
• Previous accounting and/or payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy
