Mancan has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Byesville. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, stays organized, and is comfortable working with data and order processing. Familiarity with clay products is a plus but not required.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
This is a full-time position offering consistent hours in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
* Take and process customer orders accurately
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Use Microsoft Excel for tracking orders, inventory, and reports
* Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous office or clerical experience preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
* Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with clay products or related materials is a plus
