Experienced Industrial Painter (Epoxy & Polyurethane Coatings)
Key Responsibilities:
-Apply epoxy and polyurethane coatings according to manufacturer specifications and data sheets
-Prepare surfaces properly (cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as required)
-Paint brand-new dump bodies ranging from 10’ to 22’ in length
-Perform restoration painting on semi trucks, trailers, tractors, and various types of equipment
-Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes and attention to detail
-Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Lead by example and assist in maintaining workflow and quality standards
Qualifications:
-5+ years of industrial painting experience
-Prior experience with industrial painting, specifically epoxy and polyurethane coatings
-Strong understanding of coating application processes and technical data sheets
-Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job
-Leadership mindset with a strong work ethic
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with large equipment or heavy-duty vehicle painting
-Knowledge of paint systems, surface prep, and finish standards
Hours: Monday – Friday, 5am-2:30pm
Starting Pay: $18/hr, with potential for a raise upon permanent hire
