Job Title: Shift Supervisor – Production / Compound Mixing
Shifts Available: 1st or 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee general laborers and production laborers working as compound mixers in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring safety and productivity, and supporting the production team on the floor. Factory supervisory experience is absolutely required.
Training & Schedule:
-Training will take place on day shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
-Hours and days may vary based on production needs
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead general laborers and production laborers operating compound mixing equipment
-Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
-Monitor workflow, productivity, and attendance
-Enforce company policies and safety procedures
Train, coach, and support team members
-Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and issues
-Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement on the production floor
Requirements:
-5–10 years of factory supervisory experience (required)
-Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
-Experience supervising production or compound mixing operations preferred
-Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and hands-on leaders
