📍 Full-Time | 100% On-Site
💰 Starting at $125,000 (Up to $150,000 Based on Experience)
Mancan Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and building a highly effective maintenance system.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Develop and implement a robust Preventative & Predictive Maintenance (PM) program
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals (technicians, buyer, planner, parts personnel)
• Maximize equipment uptime through efficient PM execution, audits, and planning
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with production and other departments
• Manage maintenance budgets and POs through ERP systems
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, repairs, PMs, and inventory
• Build and manage spare parts inventory
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for parts sourcing
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMPs, and food manufacturing standards
• Schedule team coverage for weekends and off-shifts as needed

🔹 Technical Expertise Needed:
• Experience with TPM and Lean Manufacturing preferred
• Strong background in food manufacturing & GMP environments
• Knowledge of boilers, water treatment systems, pumps, valves, mixers, and piping (copper, stainless, carbon)
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise
• PLC troubleshooting (programming not required)
• Electronic circuit schematic troubleshooting & small semi-automated circuit building
• Experience with electrical drives, motors, sensors, and failure analysis
• Ability to identify faulty components and source proper replacements
• Fabrication experience with food-safe polymers and metals

🔹 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Proven industrial maintenance or facilities management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

💼 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Peak operational hours between 7AM–5PM
• Weekend overtime as needed
