Mancan is hiring a hands-on Network Technician to support Networking, KVM, and AV systems in a warehouse/lab environment. This role focuses on system configuration, imaging, testing, troubleshooting, and RMA processing.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and test Networking, KVM, and AV solutions
• Perform IP addressing, system imaging, and device setup
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Complete firmware upgrades
• Process and diagnose customer returns (RMA)
• Document configurations and test results
Requirements:
• 2+ years of technical experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Experience with IP configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical documentation
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
Associate degree or technical certifications preferred.
