🔧 Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician for a client in Bonita Springs, FL Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide building equipment maintenance and repair. 📝 Position Summary Title and responsibilities will be determined progressively based on skill level and expertise within the job group. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining building systems and environmental conditions, performing light construction activities, and ensuring all equipment meets applicable local, state, and federal safety guidelines. This position actively supports the Company’s vision, goals, and core values. 🔑 Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain facility and equipment to acceptable levels of operating accuracy, safety, and cleanliness Respond to building and equipment emergencies/outages and perform quality checks Coordinate projects with outside vendors and contractors (HVAC, electrical, construction, landscaping, etc.) Participate in lean initiatives, 5S, ISO, and continuous improvement programs Achieve positive results in safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and team relations Manage multiple priorities effectively Read and interpret electrical, electronic, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic schematics Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems Assist with hazardous waste management (cleaning, weighing, maintaining materials) Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs Maintain building cleanliness following safety procedures Perform maintenance tasks independently when required 🛠 Required Skills & Abilities Knowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance Ability to troubleshoot equipment, machinery, and controls Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong interpersonal and communication skills 💪 Physical Demands Regularly required to talk, listen, walk, and sit Occasionally required to stand, reach, and use hands for tools and equipment Must frequently lift and/or move 35–75 pounds Ability to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone Requires close and distance vision Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. 📍 How to Apply Send your resume for review or apply in person: Mancan Staffing 12995 S.
