🌱 2nd Shift Production Associate
A well-established, privately owned wholesale distributor that has been servicing small to large retailers and industry professionals since 1964 has partnered with Mancan Staffing to hire experienced General Labor / Production Associates for their growing team.
This is a hands-on production role requiring prior manufacturing, mechanical, or forklift experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities Include:
• Mechanically combining raw materials to produce high-quality finished products
• Mixing, bagging, and sealing assorted product sizes at a consistent production pace
• Stacking and palletizing finished products to prepare orders
• Operating a forklift to transfer finished goods into the warehouse
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
Schedule:
• 2nd Shift: Typically 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Must be able to train on 1st Shift for several weeks
Requirements:
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 55 lbs
• Forklift experience required
• Mechanical experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic and willingness to grow within the company
