Job Title: Quality Control Technician – Food Production
Pay:
• $17.00/hour to start
• $19.00/hour plus shift differential once hired on
Schedule:
• Training on 1st Shift
• Regular schedule will move to 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a food production facility. This position is responsible for ensuring all products meet company quality standards and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and compliant production environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Accurately document inspection results and production data
• Identify and report any quality or safety concerns to management
• Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and company policies
• Assist with internal audits and inspections as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
• Previous quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production setting
• Understanding of food safety standards is a plus
