Mancan Staffing is hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain residents’ living quarters and common areas in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor, who enjoys interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.

Position: Housekeeping
Pay: $13.00/hour
Schedule: Varies; must work every other weekend
Breaks & Lunch: 2 × 15-minute breaks, 30-minute unpaid lunch
Dress Code: Scrubs

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all bathrooms
• Vacuum and maintain entrances, hallways, common areas, Nurses Station, and Staff Break Room
• Dust, clean, and freshen resident rooms; check and clean refrigerators; change linens as needed
• Prepare unoccupied resident rooms for new residents and assist with resident moves as requested
• Remove all trash from waste baskets and receptacles
• Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and report any issues
• Maintain natural flowers in the Living Room and Community Room
• Assist residents as requested
• Inform nurses of any changes in residents’ conditions
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
• Be on your feet for two or more hours at a time
• Lift at least 25 lbs. occasionally
• Be able to stoop and/or squat
