🧹 Key Responsibilities
Common Area Maintenance
Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, lounges, and public restroomsKeep shared lodge spaces tidy and well‑organizedAssist with seasonal or deep‑cleaning tasks as needed
Laundry Duties
Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towelsTrack inventory of clean and soiled laundryMaintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment
Guest Service & Support
Respond promptly and politely to guest requestsReport maintenance issues or safety concernsFollow lost‑and‑found procedures
Teamwork & Communication
Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teamsUpdate supervisors on room status and supply needsSupport coworkers during high‑volume periods
