General Laborer

Mancan is working with a company in Glenmont looking for general laborers. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove debris and trash from buildings and site areas
- Clean and clear interior spaces, including floors, walls, and structural surfaces
- Assist with tear down of non-structural elements as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and cleanup equipment (shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and waste
Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices is a plus
