Mancan is working with a dealership in Millersburg seeking a salesperson. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance. Hours may vary. Sales department hours are:
Monday & Thursday: 8 am - 8 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 3 pm
Pay is $3,000 per month plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Discuss financing options with customers.
- Prepare and process sales contracts, financing paperwork, and related documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience.
- Basic MS office knowledge and computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
