Mancan Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a company located in Donora, PA. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with people, contributing ideas, and helping a business grow.
We are looking for someone with solid HR experience, a strong personality, and the confidence to speak up and share ideas. The ideal candidate will genuinely care about employees and the success of the organization while helping improve HR processes and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Help develop and improve HR processes and programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Work closely with leadership to support the overall goals of the business
Qualifications
• Previous Human Resources experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and bring forward ideas for improvement
• Professional, approachable, and team-focused attitude
• Passion for supporting employees and organizational success
Additional Details
• Pay: $65,000 – $70,000 annually depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Donora, PA (on-site position)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity while the company finds the right long-term fit
