Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and work outdoors? We’re hiring a dependable associate to assist with landscaping projects, customer service, and material handling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

PAY:
• Based on experience
SCHEDULE:
• Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours vary based on season, staffing needs, and demands
• Weekend availability required
Note: These are the earliest start and latest end times. Employees will not be scheduled for all hours but should be available within this range.

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated individual to support daily operations including customer assistance, landscaping tasks, and handling materials such as mulch, topsoil, and plants. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a hardworking team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate skid steer and other landscaping equipment safely
• Load and unload mulch, topsoil, and plants (by hand and with equipment)
• Assist customers with questions and product needs
• Perform general landscaping duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work flexible hours based on workload and weather

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Skid steer or similar equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
• Valid, clean driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
