NOW HIRING: EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Looking for a hands-on role where you can operate heavy equipment, stay active, and work outdoors? We're hiring a dependable Equipment Operator to support daily operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
PAY:
• Based on experience
SCHEDULE:
• Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours vary based on season, staffing needs, and workload
• Weekend availability required
Note: These are the earliest start and latest end times. Employees will not be scheduled for all hours but should be available within this range.
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated individual to operate heavy equipment and assist with loading, unloading, and moving landscaping materials. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating machinery, working outdoors, and being part of a hardworking team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate skid steers, track hoes, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload mulch, topsoil, gravel, stone, and other landscaping materials
• Transport and move materials throughout the yard and work areas
• Assist customers with product loading as needed
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general labor duties when needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience operating skid steers, track hoes, or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
• Valid, clean driver's license required
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
• Strong commitment to safety
