seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to support daily production operations. This role involves operating, maintaining, and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing of electrical components and assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settings
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and product quality
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machines
Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Qualifications:
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math and computer skills
