**Mancan Staffing** is currently hiring **experienced Welders** for a great opportunity in **Charleroi, PA**!
💲 **Pay:** $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
🕒 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📌 **Type:** Temp-to-Perm (opportunity for full-time hire)
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform **MIG, TIG, Stick, and robotic welding**
* Work with **heavy steel** to manufacture and repair **hydraulic cylinders**
* Read and interpret **blueprints** to complete work accurately
* Maintain quality and safety standards on all welds
Requirements:
* Experience with multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick required)
* Ability to **read blueprints**
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* Reliable and able to work a consistent schedule
