Internal Sales Representative – Build Your Own Book of Business
Pay: $20/hour + Commission

**Position Overview**
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will manage the full front-end sales cycle—from initial customer contact and quoting to artwork development and proof approval. Once orders are approved, our customer service team handles processing, allowing you to stay focused on generating new business and closing sales.
Our sales cycle is often quick-moving, with many deals closing within 15–30 days, providing the opportunity to build momentum and increase earnings rapidly. You will primarily work with B2B clients, including manufacturers, distributors, marketing professionals, and sales teams seeking custom display and sample solutions.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* $20/hour base pay plus commission on closed sales
* Ongoing commission on repeat business
* Monday–Friday, in-office schedule
* Six paid holidays
* 401(k) eligibility after six months (full-time employees)

**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound quote requests and proactively develop new business opportunities
* Prepare and present quotes using internal pricing tools
* Collaborate with customers on artwork development and proof approvals
* Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
* Follow up on open quotes and past customer opportunities to drive sales
**Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
* Self-motivated with a strong drive to generate and close business
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Positive, competitive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
* Willingness to learn products, materials, and processes
**Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)**
* Previous sales or customer service experience
* Experience in B2B, manufacturing, construction, or related industries
