Job Description:
Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machining experience who takes pride in producing quality work with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate manual and/or production machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Identify and report defects or production issues
• Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
• Previous machinist experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and precision measuring tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
• Full-Time
• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
