Job Title: Dry Blending Room Operator
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable individual to join a food manufacturing team as a Dry Blending Room Operator. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in food processing, packaging, and quality assurance. The operator will be responsible for blending and packaging dried egg products and other ingredients while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Candidates must be mechanically inclined for machine setup and operation and willing to learn and grow within the role.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize production formulas to blend and package batch quantities of product
• Accurately complete QA paperwork and production records
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment such as blenders, sifters, and conveyors.
• Monitor product quality and follow food safety standards
• Perform repetitive lifting up to 53 lbs throughout the shift
• Stand for long periods on concrete floors and perform bending, reaching, and lifting
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time position
Pay rate – Based on experience
Day shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or processing preferred
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to set up and operate machinery
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail, especially with QA documentation
• Ability to lift up to 53 lbs and perform physical labor consistently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
