Are you a people person with strong communication skills? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coshocton!
⏰Schedule & Pay:
✅ Day Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM (No late nights!)
✅ Pay: $15–$16/hr (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
-Handle incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries
-Perform general office duties, including filing
-Cross-train in other departments to assist as needed
-Support hand bindery work during slower periods
-Maintain organization and accuracy in all tasks
Qualifications:
-Previous phone or customer service experience is a plus
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
-Ability to multitask and work independently
