💰 $18.00–$20.00/hour + Quarterly Performance Bonus
About the Role
Mancan Staffing is seeking a driven and personable Staffing Specialist / Business Development Representative to join our Naples office. This role combines client development, sales, and recruitment, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will play a key role in building client relationships, identifying talent, and matching candidates with top companies in the area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
Recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates
Match candidates with client job openings
Manage the full hiring cycle from sourcing to placement
Maintain accurate records and utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and presentations
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
