Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a local company’s team. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and experience handling financial records in a professional office environment.

🕒 Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Full-Time
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💲 Pay
• Pay based on experience
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📌 Job Responsibilities
• Enter financial transactions into accounting software and spreadsheets
• Process accounts payable including invoices, approvals, and vendor payments
• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing and payment tracking
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Assist with billing, payroll, balance sheets, and reconciliations
• Review financial information for accuracy and discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members

✅ Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• Accounting knowledge preferred
• Experience with accounting software strongly preferred
• Strong data entry and math skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
