Mancan Staffing is currently seeking motivated candidates for an Inside Sales Representative position with a growing company in the gasketing and fluid sealing industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in industrial sales and customer support.
In this role, you’ll assist customers with product solutions, prepare quotes and orders, answer technical questions, and help maintain strong client relationships through phone and email communication. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn technical industrial products.
Entry-Level Candidates:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a similar industry preferred
• Starting pay around $18/hour
Mid-Level Candidates:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the same or related industry required
• Salary around $55,000/year
Experience with pumps, mechanical equipment, manufacturing, or industrial systems is a plus.
