Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Massillon Mancan is looking for a part time Customer Service Representative. This position has the potential to go full time. Hours and days will vary. Pay will be based on experience between $15-$20.
Applicants must be well organized and extremely detail oriented. Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, Customer Service, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, and Multi-tasking.
Job Duties:
• Answering customer inquiries
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
