Barberton Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency is assisting a well-established, unionized rubber manufacturing company in Barberton that is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join their team!
JOB DETAILS:
✅ Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
✅ Starting pay: $16.25/hour
✅ Pay increases up to $20/hour once hired in and trained on additional positions
✅ Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Fine-detail trimming of high-tech rubber parts with precision and attention to quality
• Stacking 15 lb. rubber slabs onto skids throughout the shift
• General labor duties in a rubber manufacturing environment
• Opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments including:
Stacking
Mixing
Compounding
Forklift Operation
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
REQUIREMENTS:
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are a must
• Rubber manufacturing experience is a plus and will receive special consideration
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Moderate lifting required
• Steel-toed boots required
• Must be willing to submit to a drugscreen and background check
