Mancan Staffing is hiring HVAC Install Helpers for a growing company that is looking for dependable individuals who want to build a career in the HVAC industry.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour
Full-Time Positions

No HVAC experience required! Mechanical, construction, or hands-on experience is a plus. The company is willing to train the right candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
Job Duties:
• Assist lead installers with residential and commercial HVAC installations
• Load, unload, and stage tools, materials, and equipment
• Help measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
• Assist with wiring, testing, and system setup under supervision
• Remove and dispose of old equipment
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with job documentation and paperwork
• Learn HVAC industry standards and installation techniques
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Must provide basic tools, including:
• Battery-operated drill
• Hammer
• Pliers
• Must be able to pass a drug test and random drug testing
• Reliable transportation to the shop
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and advance within the company
• Valid driver's license preferred
