Human Resources Assistant (Seasonal)
Location: Newcomerstown OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Assignment: July - Mid to Late October 2026
Pay: $15.00/Hr

Responsibilities:

*Conduct entrance interviews with prospective employees.
*Assist with onboarding by guiding new hires through required training videos.
*Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation. Update and maintain
*Excel spreadsheets and other electronic records.
*Assist with billing duties as needed and based on experience.
*Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
*Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
*Previous office or Human Resources experience is preferred but not required.
*Billing or accounting experience is a plus.
